How U-Haul Reviews WorkI returned it a day early and got no credit after having a phone call to me about returning early. Went over mileage so had to pay an extra $30+ but no credit for being 24 hours early.
Robert RUhaul switched pickup location to Sprinkle road. It was the most strange customer experience in my life. It seemed to me that no one had a clue about what to do for a simple trailer rental. I could not tell the difference between UHAUL staff and patrons of the laundry mat. Very, very disappointed.
Neeb NMy original reservation was cancelled so they sent me to the next closest which was a laundry mat...had to drive 20 minutes (20 miles) extra... WTH
