I dropped off after hours but I’ve used Blystone before and they are very friendly.
LAURIE KWasn’t cleaned and my friend who drove uhaul got stuck by a needle in the driver’s door handle, he was told to go to urgent care and had to have blood work done and expensive meds. He will be filing a report

MATTHEW SNothing to do with this location but U-Haul needs to make it clearer that a one-way pick up location can change 24 hours in advance. There should be a pop-up message that warns the customer of this that they have to click up accept. U-Haul changed our original pick-up location to a location an hour out of our way the day before and I had to call to get something more convenient but still out of our way.
