I thought it was a little expensive for what I used it for.
THAIRN TThe location of the rental was great. I have used this location before. The location was not the problem. If this rating was for U-Haul and not the location I would give it -5 stars. For starters we were given the wrong size truck, which apparently U-Haul arranged. The truck drove absolute terrible. We had to drive 1500 miles with a terrible truck. When we returned the truck to the location we requested that the location call U-Haul so they can give us credit for the wrong size truck and the gas difference from being given the wrong truck. The U-Haul representative was not helpful and did not work with us at all. With statements like "You know it doesn't drive like a car, it's a truck"and "There's nothing we can do about the gas difference the 20 foot and the 26 foot get the same gas mileage" That is absolute false. Almost and extra $500 was added for gas and wrong mileage read. I have driven U-Haul on multiple occasions and of all sizes. This is by far the worst truck and customer service I have ever got with U-Haul. The location is a great business and was only following U-Haul guidelines. Next time I make a move I will be tempted to go with another service. Shame on you, absolutely terrible.

ELAINE JThe Rachel strap on one side of the wheel straps was stuck. We had to hit it a few times and get some WD-40 to get it to move. The staff at the pickup location seemed bothered by having a customer and did nothing to help.
