The location we picked it up from the guy was not prepared. Lost a client while we were there did not check the tires for us. We ended up having a blowout three hours from home in the middle of the night and the guy that changed the tire, said that all the Lugnuts on all the tires were completely loose and ready to fall off. And the location that we dropped it off at was super hard to find and the guy was super rude and charged me a cleaning fee because there was one garbage bag an empty garbage bag left in the trailer and charged me a late fee because we had a hard time finding the place to bring it back too And he knew that I was being refunded for the rental because of the problems that we had and he still went ahead and charged me $36. I’m absolutely furious.

Had to drive 20 miles to pick up trailer
neil gHonestly I wasn't inside the facility. It's a Uhaul location in Portales, NM. No reason for high expectations. Staff was very helpful and I appreciated their patience with me.
