Didn’t have my rental equipment i rented for my move. Wasn’t told there wouldn’t be any rental equipment included until the day I picked up and found there wasn’t any of the equipment included the truck. Went to the Clovis U-Haul to pick up any of the equipment that the truck was suppose to come with. The worker there told me he only had Dollie’s to purchase. Was absolutely no help. We both stood there in silence for a while because I was shocked by the absolute terrible customer service by this member. Honestly just a horrendous experience with U-Haul. If I had the option to go back and use a different company I would.

Junior VI've rented through Cassidy a couple of times at this point and he's always incredibly friendly and helpful and a lot of fun to work with through the process, he doesn't make you feel pressured at all and is always honest about vehicle requirements and suggestions. He's so greatly appreciated!
Jamie RI had a great experience when I called the company but there was no one onsite to help or accept my return of equipment and when I called the number it said the number was not accepting calls this was at 9:45 am
