love the location and people. however, the uhaul I received smelled like it had been smoked in. the smell was horrible. the van was filthy. so much so I didnt even want to put my cup in the cup holder. looked like something splattered across inside of windshield and dripped all down dash and passenger door. I dont expect much in general from renting a uhaul, but this was the nastiest one I had ever received.

JERRY MThe pickup at J&S went flawless, but this was not my scheduled location. The reserved trailer at the Kingwood location was not available, and I was not notified unitl I arrived to get it. This caused me to be late for my appointment. I should have been advised of the problem and given an alternate location so I could have planned my pickup time better.
