Staff does not know what they’re talking about. They even got the gas mileage wrong even though it was the correct gas mileage. I would not recommend going through a third-party that does U-Haul specially JR‘s Ace Hardware in Potter, Texas.

JORGE Mi had issues with the equipment and have filed a claim on the truck. The truck was leaking inside the cabin both left and right passenger, wipers were no good and a burning brakes smell coming from rear passenger side.
