The person helping was not educated on towing requirements. Instead of telling me that the hitch ball rating was not adequate and I just needed to get a ball with higher load rating. I believe they even sell them in-store but didn't even offer to buy it there, I had to go to a trailer supply store where they advised i just needed a a higher rated ball.

ERNESTO VEverything was great with the location... the only complaint I have was with the truck... the a/c was out in the truck when we first started... about an hour and 15 min into the trip it finally came on ( we had an hour and 35 min trip all together ) it was in the 90's so the biggest part of it trip was extremely hot... after taking 2 hours to load we were going to cook off which did not happen... not sure how to keep this from happening to the next person but it was a miserable trip...
JANET SThe dolly we rented had its lights out and a tire had a bump we had to drive at 45 miles an hr for 1652 miles. It prolonged my trip and cost me more.
