The pickup at J&S went flawless, but this was not my scheduled location. The reserved trailer at the Kingwood location was not available, and I was not notified unitl I arrived to get it. This caused me to be late for my appointment. I should have been advised of the problem and given an alternate location so I could have planned my pickup time better.

Betty OLove the staff. But my unit has water leaks. Looked as if repairs were attempted without my knowledge. Water leaks caused damage to a couch and my wedding dress.
