Ace employee Zachary tried to shake me down for a $25.00 cleaning fee for some dust in the back of the truck that I only had for just over 2 hours. I even returned it with more fuel than I left with. All I did was move a new couch. Will not set foot back in this location. Guess I’ll just have to go the the big orange box store
STEPHEN Slove the location and people. however, the uhaul I received smelled like it had been smoked in. the smell was horrible. the van was filthy. so much so I didnt even want to put my cup in the cup holder. looked like something splattered across inside of windshield and dripped all down dash and passenger door. I dont expect much in general from renting a uhaul, but this was the nastiest one I had ever received.
