Ace employee Zachary tried to shake me down for a $25.00 cleaning fee for some dust in the back of the truck that I only had for just over 2 hours. I even returned it with more fuel than I left with. All I did was move a new couch. Will not set foot back in this location. Guess I’ll just have to go the the big orange box store

love the location and people. however, the uhaul I received smelled like it had been smoked in. the smell was horrible. the van was filthy. so much so I didnt even want to put my cup in the cup holder. looked like something splattered across inside of windshield and dripped all down dash and passenger door. I dont expect much in general from renting a uhaul, but this was the nastiest one I had ever received.
