The service at the u-haul location on Cully was great. The individual there did her best to help me and resolve some issues I had with the price, since it was $100 more than what I was being quoted online when I reserved the truck and dolly's. My main issue was that I made reservations and plans based on the reservations, which changed last minute to a new location that was 40 mins away. I made my adjustments to make that work but when I went to the new location the dolly I wanted to rent wasn't available, so I was given an appliance dolly to make up for it; however, that is not what I reserved and needed. The appliance dolly made everything more cumbersome, which is why I wanted the smaller dolly. Lastly, as I just mentioned, the final price ended up being $100 more than what I was advised during the reservation processes and this was after I was being comped for the dolly's. The woman who was helping me was kind and patient and found a way for me to reduce the price back down but that meant I had to drop off at that same location which was out of my way and not the original location I reserved the truck from nor the one that I wanted to drop off at but in order to save myself $100 I did that. So why was it $100 more, when I made my reservations clear?? I don't know but luckily that individual worked with me to figure out something. Either way, I was not satisfied at all with u-haul as a company but was appreciative of that individual at that location.

BENJAMIN JI like helping families out, and they have a wonderful store. That said, they did overcharge me on the mileage, and I wasn’t able to get ahold of them. I spoke to U-Haul customer service, and they corrected the mileage with no questions asked. I would use this location again but if you do make sure to cash out while you are there.
