BENJAMIN JI like helping families out, and they have a wonderful store. That said, they did overcharge me on the mileage, and I wasn’t able to get ahold of them. I spoke to U-Haul customer service, and they corrected the mileage with no questions asked. I would use this location again but if you do make sure to cash out while you are there.
ADRIAN WThe equipment needs maintenance. Brakes are going out but the real scary part is it struggles to get into gear.
