Jamed LJust a drop off location the pick up location was horrible
Clayton GI made a reservation in person because they couldn't figure out how to do it over the phone. They said someone would be calling me back to schedule but they never did so I went in, made the reservation, gave them my license and form of payment. I was picking up on a non business day and was assured the keys would be left in a drop box and I would receive instruction/code to access. I never received a thing and when arriving for pickup the drop box was literally just a box that was inaccessible. I tried calling the business multiple times with no answer. Eventually someone came out to help me but he was passively very rude. Acting as if I should be happy with him being willing to help me at all. I had to re-do the entire reservation, had to have my daughter come and put her information into the system because I didn't have mine on me and their was no trace of my information in the system at all even though I had already made the reservation with them, had a confirmation # and everything. The place is just completely unorganized and they don't have a clue as to what they're doing. They def made a stressful day much worse. I do not recommend
