I got a truck that was broken. It was raining that day and while I was in the road in the middle of of the highway the wipers just stop working and I couldn’t see in all that traffic. I called the place where I rented it from (Vic computer in Portsmouth) who got an attitude and asked me what I wanted to do about this issue. I managed to get the truck off the highway and took it to the nearest U-Haul place. Then they tried to charge me for gas that was NOT n the vehicle luckily I had made a video when I got the truck.. Then they tried to charge me additional $16 fee which their customer service rep said I shouldn’t be charged!!Please don’t rent U-Haul, rent somewhere else

JOE LI wasn’t made aware that it was apart of a “computer repair” store. They didn’t have any furniture dolly’s or regular dolly’s at that.
kelly mDon’t leave out on an appointment right when they get there.annd Expect them to do all the work. I made an appointment specifically because I didn’t want to use the app or anything of that nonsense.
