I rented a truck from this facility. The store was supposed to open at 7:00 am, however when I arrived to pick up the truck no one was there. I had to wait almost an hour past my scheduled pickup time before someone arrived. Additionally, I requested furniture pads and dollies. There were no dollies available, and I only received half as many furniture pads as requested. I had to go to another U-Haul store to get my needed supplies. This really set me behind on moving day!

Great all around transaction

andrea dTruck was leaking fuel due to foreign object lodged in fuel tank. Tires were not at proper inflation levels adding potential further risk on a 1500 mile trip. Tow dolly lights were inoperable. A replacement truck was provided and movers scheduled to transfer the load, however they were very late and I had already lost a full day so I transferred myself. I did not report the trailer lighting to roadside because I was unwilling to waste yet more time. I purchased a set of magnetic tow lights a made the trip without further incident.
