Customer services were horrible when I try to do my rental over the phone. When I received confirmation the next day for pick up, the lady was super rude. I was never told that I did not need it an E-ZPass. Very upset about the whole customer services.
Monica LThe tank was not at half full when I picked the truck up, I took pictures of the dash to prove this. I disputed and was never contacted by uhaul. I was however charged $5 on my debit card.
