The truck we drove felt like every wheel was out of balance (loaded or unloaded). That truck needs some maintenance! Staff was very friendly.
MARK PEverything was well explained. Easy to change my reservation and size of vehicle the day of pick-up. The manager at pick-up site made this customer very happy and taken care of.
CARLENA SThe GPS kept taking us to the wrong spot with this address in and there was also significant construction that took us on a very roundabout way. We also dropped the truck off and handed the keys to an associate in the early afternoon but they never marked it as dropped off so we had to call Uhaul that night as they were saying they should have done some sort of paperwork when we dropped it off which the associate said we were okay without. The issue wasn’t fully resolved until the next day when the location opened again and we also called to make sure. A lot of anxiety caused for no good reason.
