It took Aces custom automotive two day to check in a tow dolly all the time u-haul is accusing me of not returning the tow dolly. I will never do business with U-haul again

Upon picking up the truck, the gentleman setting up the paperwork essentially told me upon returning, “don't do anything stupid and park it where you found it, and if you don't return it at the specific time we are gonna have a problem.†I will NEVER go to this location again and will let friends and colleagues know of my negative experience there.
Marc B.Let the customer know if there going to a direct Uhaul business they will have to deal with there phone and or having to call someone from Uhaul. No one was at the place I went to so it took and hour to get my truck. My opinion because of improper to no information an hour of my time was wasted. Returning the truck was also an issue as there was no one to talk or explain the return process and was charged more money because of it!

I had a reservation 27988164 for SUNDAY ay 257 Titusville Rd Poughkeepsie. This afternoon I reveived a message the Reservation is NOW AT 26 Manchester Rd. That location is out of the way and inconvenient. this was the e mail confirming tha Titusville Rd Reservation We have a 15' Moving Van reserved for you and guaranteed Sunday, 9/18/2022 at 3:00 PM, I now have to change plans , how I pick the truck up and have to leave my Ford Turck in a vert questionable UNSAFE location in Poughkeepsie NY
John S.Although facility was acceptable, and they had auto transport I needed, I was forced to drive 52 minutes and over 35 miles to pick up trailer. Was not happy about this.
