My truck smelled of cigarette smoke, ashes were on the frone seats, and there was mud in the cargo area. I was very disappointed as this was my 3rd time using the same location. I've had no previous issues.RUTHE O.
I specifically declined insurance coverage, and when we went to return the vehicle, the store owner stated he could not remove the charge, â€œit's only $10.00â€ was his response. I agreed, but that it was my $10, not his to charge. He still refused to return the charge. We rented once before, this past fall, and at that time the same store owner removed the fee for the dolly from our rental and instead he told us that it could only be paid for with cash. He is a cheat, of both consumers and likely Uhaul also.STEVENM C.
The interior of the cab was dirty. We cleaned it before using. The rear of the truck had broken glass on the floor. We weren't told at pick up that if the truck was not back by 5, that we would be charged for a second day.JOHNTHOMAS JR T.
Salesperson did not greet me for a least 30 seconds after had I walked in. He then helped a caucasian gentleman who walked in after me, first. Athough I had already reserved and paid online, I still had to wait 10 minutes just to get the key for the my vehicle. Customer service is very poor at this location!Andy D.

The clerk had no idea what he was doing. He needed another person on speakerphone to help do the transaction-who also didn't seem as knowledgeable as he should have been. Next time I will go to an official U-Haul location. I would never go here again to rent a truck.Nancy C.
Garbage was left in the cab and bed of the truck. Not a lot but it could have been cleaned out prior to our rental. So I question if they disinfected the cab since there was still water bottles and garbage on the floor. We used our own disinfectant wipes to make sure we were safe. There should be covid protocol in place for vehicle rental. Also gas level was not accurate but a verbal agreement to return it as we received it was honored. Would rent again but will make sure to ask for a cleaned vehicle and ck the gas level prior to signing contract. Thank you.Henry I.

Asked for a hand truck but none was provided. I was still charged for this. Check in took quite some time, even though I had done online pre-check. I was asked to sweep out the truck even though it was as I had picked it up.John C.
Even after doing on-line check-in, which was supposed to abbreviate the process, it still took considerable time to get moving. This was primarily due to computer problems at the pick-up location. I thought the workstation would have been better than a laptop and USB Credit Card Reader. I have rented U-Haul several times during the past year and this was, by far, the worst experience.Alan M.

It smelt bad and I returned it with a half a tank and the guy said was 14 mins late even though my return time was 7 I arrived at 645 and I was charged 18$ for the gas , I was at a gas station if they said something I could have added more, feel as if I was over charged and the service was bad.Ben D.
