Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Would never go back to this location, with the same employees. I rent from U-Haul on a regular basis, but this location changed that. I will now spend my money at Home Depot, for their rentals. This U-Haul location is absolutely horrible.
ATHENA OFor a 10ft box truck, when you turn off the engine is when you get the total milage on the odometer.
NADIA SThe trick was filthy inside, the U-Haul representative was slow and initially told me I didn’t have a reservation.
MARLENE MI thought by doing most of the paperwork online that the pickup would be quick ,it wasn’t, I think it was an electronic problem as the gentleman seemed to be having difficulties with the printer along with the laptop he was using. I don’t blame him he tried his best. Once everything was straightened out we went out to take all the pictures of the van ,for our protection I know, I actually like this and it doesn’t take much time. Van was brand new which was nice. All in all a good experience.
