jay F.I can't think of anything. Although I made some last minute changes, everything went smoothly and the attendant was very helpful.
Karen J.Improve training in systems for employees at this location. Set up took almost 30 mins and after return the employee could not figure out how to close out and I didn't receive my refund of my deposit for over a week due to the service not being closed out until I called a week later to close out the Return. Very difficult experience I have used this location in the past and it seems they have new owners possibly or just untrained employees. ;(
Debra C.We drove about 23 miles and had ti fill in 11 gallons of gas. Apparently, when we picked up the truck the gas tank was not full, therefore, we got had to pay for it. Front seat had tons of dog hair. Horrible customer service.
