I thought by doing most of the paperwork online that the pickup would be quick ,it wasn’t, I think it was an electronic problem as the gentleman seemed to be having difficulties with the printer along with the laptop he was using. I don’t blame him he tried his best. Once everything was straightened out we went out to take all the pictures of the van ,for our protection I know, I actually like this and it doesn’t take much time. Van was brand new which was nice. All in all a good experience.

After all the proof and effort we made to return the truck with more gas than suppose to return as empty since we picked up the truck with empty gas but because the lady at the pick up location messed up, i was still charged for 21 dollars. This is stealing. Very unacceptable. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS UHAUL BRANCH AND THE COMPANY NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS. I cant tolerate these people.

AARON JHorrible customer service experience the lady at the desk charge the wrong card even while I explicitly said not to, and then refuse to correct it after the fact. I’ll never be renting from this location again and I tell everybody I know not to do business there.
