After all the proof and effort we made to return the truck with more gas than suppose to return as empty since we picked up the truck with empty gas but because the lady at the pick up location messed up, i was still charged for 21 dollars. This is stealing. Very unacceptable. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS UHAUL BRANCH AND THE COMPANY NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS. I cant tolerate these people.

Lloyd AService was decent, rented the truck which was full of gas that was good that's about it.
AARON JHorrible customer service experience the lady at the desk charge the wrong card even while I explicitly said not to, and then refuse to correct it after the fact. I’ll never be renting from this location again and I tell everybody I know not to do business there.
DONALD LI returned my rental on time, but this location didn’t process the return until two days later. As a result, I was incorrectly charged for the extra days. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and it shouldn’t have happened. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
