The woman at the desk was very helpful and friendly, we had some logistics troubles with a ferry breaking down and she accommodated my time shifts with a smile and cheer, the equipment also worked very well, I am very grateful

Scott FThe issue was not with this location but with the initial aquiring of the equipment that was reserved a month in advance and when the day came to pickup nothing was available at my location. It was very unsettling to hear a few days before my move that i had NO truck! The nearest pickup location was nearly a day away……..a huge challenge when I had no available driver that day ….. very poor scheduling….
