We can't answer these questions as we did a "self return" as they were not open on the day we were required to do our return. We still do not have verification of our return although we did everything we were prompted to do.

The drop off of our equipment was handled very quickly and the Customer service rep was professional and courteous. The only little hiccup was that the office location could maybe have better signage as to where it is located. I would absolutely recommend them for equipment rental.
