Took two hours to finally get the truck. GPS would not recognize the location of the facility. Then after it taking 2 hours for us to get the truck they did not update the time of the pickup so it looked like we were returning it late. Awful experience.

JAMES WOn your online check in it shows that this site had a car dolly. The owner of this location didn’t have one and stated that he had let your main office know of this. If I hadn’t checked ahead of me arriving I wouldn’t have been able to tow my disabled car back because I had to have a different vehicle to pull the trailer.
