Strange parking lot to turn in trailer that was rented from a store front that was not part of the business and the phone number was for someone offsite who wasn’t that helpful. The storefront looked vacant but absolutely filthy and in disarray with junk thrown everywhere.

It's basically a drop off so no one is usually there, that's confusing with the hours open and it's padlocked but call, he's right there in there. During business hours of course. I really have no complaints.
