Honestly find a new location to do your business. The gentleman behind the counter canceled my order because it didn't cost enough and raised it to $250 a day, had to phone U-Haul to keep my reservation and to get a truck. He even refused to talk to U-Haul on my phone and they told him after getting the reservation reinstated to give me the key to the truck

We had to wait an hour to get this truck. He was using it for his own personal storage. Wanted us to change the truck and truck number in the app, which we refused to do. He did unload the truck but was not happy about it and was rude.
