Richard Wthe explanation of the haul button could have been clearer as it automatically goes on.
Laurence BI’m not sure that there is any room for improvement. The guy that checked me in was super nice, explained everything on the paperwork and even went as far as to tell me the return spring for the ramp latch was broken and I’d have to use some muscle. All went as planned and we’d will use them again!
