Wouldn’t send a receipt, waited 45 minutes and had to call 4 times
TAMARA BThe truck itself was awful. No ramp so lots of climbing up into the back of the truck. My legs are killing me. The cab had very little leg room and since there was no cruise control I couldn’t move my right leg hardly at all and very little room for my left leg to move. After 5 hours I was tired and in pain.

Jared EMy experience with renting by phone with their rep (Heather Gebhart) was great! The rest of the U-Haul experience was kind of a mess. As I explained to her on 6/12 making the reservation, I was coming in on Amtrak. The dealership is 1/4 miles away - that is why I rented there. Two miles away, next to the interstate doesn't work. The train was late on 6/23 - and we talked to her during the day keeping her updated. I picked up at 5:15PM and made my destination and started moving. After working all day, I had a text wondering why I hadn't picked up a truck which I clearly had. This location next to the Amtrak Station is very important.
