Truck reserved for 8 am. Agent on duty, home with sick kid. 1/4 tank of fuel...." just put in what you use... " Now how is a customer supposed to know that? MAYBE send it out full, THEN all customer needs to do is refill. Too simple? NEXT, they didn't even check truck's lot location. Parked behind another unit. 20 minutes waiting for dealer to move it.

Gerald QI found it very interesting that the trailer is rented was not available and then i was provided an upgrade - at the higher price. A bit disappointed the was U Haul handles the reservations
