I found it very interesting that the trailer is rented was not available and then i was provided an upgrade - at the higher price. A bit disappointed the was U Haul handles the reservations

Other than the system being extremely slow on pick up it was great

TAMARA BThe truck itself was awful. No ramp so lots of climbing up into the back of the truck. My legs are killing me. The cab had very little leg room and since there was no cruise control I couldn’t move my right leg hardly at all and very little room for my left leg to move. After 5 hours I was tired and in pain.
