I spent 40 minutes trying to get the truck picked up. The mobile app was hard to navigate even with the help of the phone assistance. I would like to see it a little bit easier to navigate.

TANYA PWhile the place was good. The overall experience wasnt. I had reserved a 20 foot truck in mendota then was told they didn't have one but a peru location did...ok I called the location then the morning I need it to move i was told they didn't have one but mendota did but it wasn't available till after.10... after waiting they didn't have anything available not even a smaller one... then I had to drive completely out of the way to Princeton to get one... by the time I got back to move the helpers I had set up had to leave so I had to move a lot on my own being 79 years old this was not ideal.
