Put jacks on the trailers so customers don't hurt their backs picking up the trailer when hitching up. I didn't receive help with hitching up to the trailer.
JAMIE TThe trailers have no jacks on them and a female working that is unable to load trailer. These trailers are heavy to pick up even for a male whether loading or unloading.
LORI CCozy Living was very helpful and knowledgeable in choosing the right trailer. They talked me through the process, helped me hook up the trailer and gave me tips on it's use. I would highly recommend Cozy Living and will be a repeat customer in the future.
