Dustan SWhile J&C Auto was great, UHaul on the other hand will take advantage of you in any emergency situation. My truck is broke down, going to cost me over $1000 to fix but could be more, in shop now getting looked at. Then hotel for I dont know how long and then UHaul wants to charge me another $400 plus for dropping trailer off at a different location. I called them to let them know the situation. They say they have 72 hours to get to you to approve the new location but im in a town where I dont know anyone with a truck so the first chance I had to take it to a uhaul place I took it. I will never ever use uhaul again nor will I ever refer uhaul to anyone. This is legal thieves taking advantage of people already in bad positions. It's wrong and it should be illegal.
