jan VVery nice location easy access from highway. The owner was very nice. The only issue I had was with the Uhaul app. It didn’t work for the return. Kept going back to “get started with return”
NANCY CThe man was very friendly but slow on taking information. He was asked if the unit could be turned in at Benton and he said yes but filled the paper work out to come back to Princeton so it was going to cost me a bundle to turn it in at Parker’s quick lube in Benton. They were very nice and went the extra mile including a long phone call to try to get the extra charge taken off and did get it reduced. I would highly recommend them (Parker quick lube, Benton, Ky)and so thankful for their help.
