Our truck was there but there were no keys in any of the lock boxes. We called customer service and the only options were to wait until the next day (not an option for us), or go to another location that was a half hour away. It is what it is, but this experience will make me choose a different provider next time.

EMILY HI had to extend my original rental time by 2 days. Luckily, Ray's Auto Body was accommodating and did not demand I return the rental on my original return date. The flexibility was appreciated.
