IT is always nice to use Liberty pack and ship as they are close to home. They are also very professional and helpful.
KATHRYN CWell the location of the office where I picked up the truck was just fine. My issue is with online services. I originally wanted a 20ft truck and to be picked up at location on spaulding in pueblo west as that location confirmed the truck at his location for my day. It happens to be right across from my storage to save on mileage and gas. But online gets involved and I’m out into a bigger truck and pick up and a different location. I guess h the way get more money if they upsell the size of the truck. All I know is I got screwed
