How U-Haul Reviews WorkBox Truck was very dirty ...had dirt on all.sides and corners.the Equipment up front was clean no visible damage on the inside of driver cab beside normal were and tear could be noticed ....I would say to let the employee who is working with customer to be the one to look at truck inside and out to have both party's agree on the details of the equipment then sign off ..it's critical thinking and costly when employees do not want to go with customer to get the details of how the equipment is being rented or leased . My experience was rated low but can be improved with training .for future customers .... Complaints are not always negative but a way to say we will have it right to the next customer ...thank u ...
