Everything was quick and easy and clean. My only complaint is that someone used Fabuloso to clean the interior of the truck and the smell was overpowering. Not a scent expected in a vehicle.

Have equipment at the location it is reserved at. I was sent to three different locations before I was able to secure my truck; this was after reserving it 6 weeks in advance. Then with car hauler I had to go to different location to get an extension chain to fasten the rear axle. I had to travel twice out of Colorado Springs to obtain the truck and trailer and the extension chain. All these events put me behind on our schedule by more than 1/2 a day. I was given extra time and miles but no discount on my truck lease. Moving out of state is stressful enough without added frustration of dealing with last minute calls saying the rental truck was not where it was expected.
