Fuel charge was unwarranted, it was returned as it was received unless it is company policy to round up to rob your patrons. My issue is not with the location, they were very helpful and friendly. Truck could have been wiped down a little better, but I was renting a moving truck, not a vacation vehicle. I also find it amusing that all of these companies set up "reviews" to rate "locations." This makes it clear that the company itself puts any shortcoming on the small business instead of taking responsibility poor company policies/strategies/performance.
