Was told I would get an electronic drop off recipe within 10 minutes. I never received any drop off communication and it is now more than 8 hours after I dropped it off. In the future I will insist on a paper drop off document at time of return. Not good service. Pls look at my pickup issues and let me know if I should be a satisfied customer.
