Pick up was a little difficult. Codes don’t work and when I called they were very nice but I had to redo my email address with out a digit and it had me all twisted. Should have been pull up , punch in A code and in to go

There was no one to help or guide at this location. I reached at night to return the truck and there wasn't enough lighting as well at the location. Due to insufficient lighting, it was difficult for me to figure out the location of drop box to return the keys. While entering, I was able to enter the location after using the security code to open the gate but while exiting, there was no place to enter the code and open the gate.I was wandering around for 30 mins to exit until someone came at the gate and they opened it for me. Overall,a pathetic experience especially while returning the truck.
