Location is a little tricky since it's right on 309. It's small and easy to miss. There's no indication that it's a Uhaul business, they just happen to be one of only 2 places in the area that had that trailer. The Uhaul check-in online process seems quite temperamental/broken. I was there for 45 minutes while the kinks were worked out. It was faster to do paper check-in. The app asked me for the same information 3 times, and had no indication that it was succeeding, and the checkin button took me to the wrong location. I had to keep handing my phone to the person and then she ultimately had to call Uhaul. Online check-in: 1 star of 5
