I wouldnt recommend this location at all. It is a used car lot and it is poorly set up for trailer rental. Their parking lot is way too tight. It was very difficult to get back out with the trailer behind me. I also dropped the trailer back off the day after i picked it up and it still says the rental is active. Very unhappy
William CThis was a terrible experience. They would not let me check in online. The location owner did not speak English. They changed my reservation. It took over an hour. Truck was filthy and had no fuel in it.
JAMES GParking was limited and tight
Michael HThe snow was not removed from the truck. There was close to a foot of snow left on the roof of it and I had to ask them to please clean the snow off the front so I could at least see out the front window. There was trash left in the back of the truck along with a hand truck that I did not request. Also, the fuel tank was not filled, it was only 2/3 of the way full. Lastly, I got a text message on the afternoon of the day I picked the truck up saying my reservation was being canceled because I didn't pick it up. I had picked it up and was packing the truck. The location just never completed the dispatch. I therefore did not get text message that allowed me to take and submit pictures of the truck when I picked it up. The amount of snow left on the roof was extremely dangerous (and illegal) and I ended up having to pay for someone else's fuel. I feel I deserve some type of compensation for the state this truck was in.
