The name of the drop off location doesn’t match the business name at the address provided. I initially arrived at Bliss The Ultimate Grilled Take Out to drop off my rental, but there was no drop box, and the business didn’t open until 10:30. I called U-Haul and they had no solution for me other than to take the truck to another location. If it wasn’t for a local who saw us looking confused, we wouldn’t have known that the actual drop off location was over a block away at another location. The address, 151 Baker Cres, is not Bliss The Ultimate Grilled Take Out, it’s a completely different business. This is incredibly misleading.
