Explain to the customer why the $39 estimated cost all of a sudden ends up at $65. What on earth is an Estimated Safe Trip Fee and what on earth has renting a vehicle got to do with an Environmental Fee. None of these charges as well as the rental fee were discussed at the time of rental. Just the total cost was given. The telephone tag system could sure use some improvement and maybe indicate on the internet that you can apply for a rental online so people like me don't drive all the way there to a locked business and a phone number on the wall to call who tells you to go home and apply online. The truck had not been swept out before I got it. Had to sweep it myself before starting to load. Finally, what the heck is this Bliss thing. Bliss has nothing to do with the building or business. Its up the hill and is a Dance Studio I think.

RAJ-VEER DThe name of the drop off location doesn’t match the business name at the address provided. I initially arrived at Bliss The Ultimate Grilled Take Out to drop off my rental, but there was no drop box, and the business didn’t open until 10:30. I called U-Haul and they had no solution for me other than to take the truck to another location. If it wasn’t for a local who saw us looking confused, we wouldn’t have known that the actual drop off location was over a block away at another location. The address, 151 Baker Cres, is not Bliss The Ultimate Grilled Take Out, it’s a completely different business. This is incredibly misleading.
