All the equipment was 10hrs late arriving for us to pick it up Jas kept us up to date as things kept changing. The equipment being late was out of his control but he did a great job communicating. He went out of his way to ensure the customer stayed happy. Even when it was discovered that the dollies we rented would not be available. He made it right by getting us a car trailer for the same price.

Had to go to 3 different locations to find the correct drop off location. The first one changed with no notification, the second location was wrong even after calling customer service, then they informed me of the third location which was correct. This caused extra time mileage and gas and I was still charged extra for the final bill. Not acceptable at all! Please make it right as this was a big inconvenience.
James MThis local Quesnel BC location is excellent. On Thursday July 23rd I received a call from a U-Haul rep telling me to drive to 150 mile house 1 hr and 20mins away to pick up a trailer, as the one I wanted in Quesnel was for in-town use only. I phoned the 150 mile house location to confirm the trailer was there. The agent said yes if U-Haul says it’s here then the trailer is here. I drove to 150 mile house and discovered the trailer WAS NOT ON SITE. The agent fessed up and told me the trailer must have been stolen.. I will never trust U-Haul with my move ever again. I spoke to someone at U-Haul regarding this matter and wanted to voice my concern to a supervisor. I never received a call back. They don’t give a shit and my business I feel is not valued. Again I would like to say the Quesnel location is excellent.
