Matthew LAll the equipment was 10hrs late arriving for us to pick it up Jas kept us up to date as things kept changing. The equipment being late was out of his control but he did a great job communicating. He went out of his way to ensure the customer stayed happy. Even when it was discovered that the dollies we rented would not be available. He made it right by getting us a car trailer for the same price.
Katherine MHad to go to 3 different locations to find the correct drop off location. The first one changed with no notification, the second location was wrong even after calling customer service, then they informed me of the third location which was correct. This caused extra time mileage and gas and I was still charged extra for the final bill. Not acceptable at all! Please make it right as this was a big inconvenience.
