I was dropping off a trailer and the person asked me to leave the keys and be on my way……it didn't even know what a trailer was nor was it inclined to assist with disconnecting or verifying its condition. Sad. Very sad customer service.

Easy and convenient location and owner is excellent.
SHARON WUpon returning the truck, I was charged for the pick-up location’s mistakes. I fueled the vehicle back to 163 miles. Two miles over the required limit and they still charged my card for fuel replacement. Also, I was charged for a moving blanket that I did NOT receive. At this location, I immediately notified the clerk about the missing blanket, however she didn’t inform the store manager of the situation. I had to drive back to this location to inform the manager myself once the additional charges were authorized. The manager, Sam, was very pleasant! He went over & beyond to explain the charges in detail of why I was charged the additional fees. Once I explained the situation to Sam with photographed proof, he immediately apologized for the miscommunication on the clerk’s behalf and guaranteed he would get to a resolution. Although I will NOT be a returning customer to U-Haul, I would recommend this location based off of the customer service that Sam provided.
DEONDRA REverything ran smoothly and quickly. Great customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend this location.
