Everything with the location was great, the reason I may not return to U-haul has to do with your logistics group. I rented a trailer from a very local location because I had a tight time window to pick it up. The day before, the local guy texted me and said he would not have the trailer, that someone didn't return it and to call the logistics group. I did and after a long wait, I spoke with a woman who could not have had a more care less attitude. She said I could rent a trailer on the opposite end of a town 2 towns away from me, a 40 minute drive, one way. I told her I didn't have time to go that far and she said "do you want it or not??", As I was thinking about other options, she started laughing. I said "I am glad that you think this is a funny situation" and she said "I am not laughing at you, I am laughing at my coworker", to which I responded "very professional". She wasn't willing to offer any other options, maybe help by having someone bring the trailer to my originally reserved location or anything else. I was so mad I wanted to cancel my reservation, but I didn't have alot of options at the last minute. The location I picked it up, the guy was great and he was very apologetic (even though it wasn't his fault). I could not be more disappointed in your system, luckily you have some good to work with local people or you would probably lose your entire business.

The gentleman that is in charge seen me struggling with the lock and came outside to help me...(mind you it was after hours) and he still was gracious enough to come assist me with the key lock!!!

Banche BThis rating is just for the pickup of the truck at North beach storage and pick up of the transport trailer from Uhaul moving and storage at good hope road. The overall process for reservation and pickup were lacking in the fact that the location for both the truck and trailer were ordered 2 weeks in advance and should have been at the location I asked. How independent Uhaul companies move equipment between each other is a mystery but my order was not ready. Then when contacted, which I appreciate, I was told that I would have to drive to another state for a truck. That would cost me more money and mileage, not to mention I had to drive 72 miles round trip just to pick up the transport trailer. A lot more hassle getting the equipment I need than what it should have been, but what are you supposed to do when you need a truck and trailer to move, can’t say, “No”. The. Customer service support was great also. I received email notifications of changes and got a phone call asking me for approval and what I needed.
