Jennifer BI have used uhaul many times, this week I rented 3 times from the location. 2 of the 3 times the fuel amount was wrong. All 3 times the truck still had trash in them from the prior renter. The one I rented today the dolly was lose and not reconnected. We had to strap it down so it wouldn’t hit what we were hauling. The place I used in the past was always perfect, this place is subpar. Only reason I keep going there is that they open at 6am and sometimes I need a truck around 7am.
