Crystal was an amazing help and made the entire process seamless, even when I'd been having issues with the Uhaul site and app.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGot to location and was told my truck wasn’t their, I canceled and you still charged me twice and I never even used a truck and now I have to wait 72 hours to talk to someone about getting money back you guys stole. If this issue dose not resolve in the next 48 hours I will take legal action.
Leo RKrysta was very courteous with the transaction. 🙂
carl jThey charged me an extra daily rate after I went 1 day before talking about using it for the second day, they charged me 3 daily rates, I put gasoline up to the position that was the marker on the day I rented the truck, then they charged me $15 dollars for fuel.
