Got to location and was told my truck wasn’t their, I canceled and you still charged me twice and I never even used a truck and now I have to wait 72 hours to talk to someone about getting money back you guys stole. If this issue dose not resolve in the next 48 hours I will take legal action.

carl jThey charged me an extra daily rate after I went 1 day before talking about using it for the second day, they charged me 3 daily rates, I put gasoline up to the position that was the marker on the day I rented the truck, then they charged me $15 dollars for fuel.

THEODORE HForget the location, I have comments on Uhaul.. What a scam job you are all running. To give the customer a 100 year old truck with an analog gas gauge and then expect the customer to somehow match where the fuel was when it was picked up was a joke. This location is a gas station so I put gas in on the return and started the truck, it was short of the amount needed, I did a second transaction and added more gas. A total of over $30. It was where it was when I got it. When I dropped it off someone looked at the dashboard so fast I didn't even know they went out there to look. When I got the bill emailed it said I was 2.3 gallons short...wow I wish I had employees with that kind of eye. I have an idea...fill the damn trucks up one time to full and have the customer return it full. Wow...you rent vehicles and I have to tell you that, there is one reason that is news to you and that can only be this is obviously a scam and way to make extra money. Rich people don't rent Uhauls, they have movers. If a truck is returned not on full then you can charge them to fill it. Be better Uhaul. I will be renting from anywhere else..there are other options you know.
