Workers didn't know anything about the uhaul. They kept telling me to look for code in text from uhaul as they didn't have the key. Didn't get one. Finally after about 45 min, one of them went to get manager who knew how to manually log into computer to help me get this rental. I believe the workers need to be trained on how to rent uhaul. No uhaul called me the night before
Thomas CMy drop off location was closed as all other near locations. I dropped off on a Saturday around 3:30pm. I can't give a review to service being that no one was there. There were instructions as to where to park the uhaul which was convenient.
