The location is fine, but not the location I chose to rent from. This is the second time U-haul has screwed me over by not having the equipment where I requested. Driving 40 minutes to pick up, through narrow mountainous roads was time consuming and nerve wracking. U-haul is the only game in the area, so they don’t care. Of If I could use someone else, I would!!! U-haul as a company doesn’t care about the consumer, they only care about making money.
