There really isn't anything Jimmy can do better. I have been renting trucks from him for years for personal and work. I have sent family members to his shop even though there are ones closer to them. He will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is taken care of and if he doesn't have a truck he will make sure he finds one for you somewhere else. By far the best place I've ever rented a uhaul from and why I keep going back as the years pass
