Gate closes and owner didn’t tell us that so our car got locked inside gate and it was late at night. But, after calling him, he answered and came out to open gate, but you should be able to drop off uhaul trucks 24/7. That’s even what the hours online are posted as.

Already recommended this location to two friends. This is the best U-Haul experience I've ever had. Jimmy was very courteous and took time to explain in detail the operation of the truck and the adjustments of seats and mirrors. I will definitely rent there again although I have closer locations to home.

I'm blown away when I mentioned problems with tie downs coming loose driving down I-5 to which roads are bad condition. Main management called me back and made me fill as if I was lying when I told my problem. I was informed by shop management be "ready" for the crap they give you. Sure enough I can't belive where the customer is wrong. I will share this with my military family

Equipment was OK, but radio funky (didn't work some of the time) and lights mis-aimed. Otherwise, it all worked fine and did the job. Gas mileage about as expected - just over 8mpg loaded/freeway for the 20' truck. The web site gas estimate is for empty, perfect conditions, not California freeways and mountains loaded. Figure a gas stop about every 200-250 miles for about 1/2-2/3 tank ($60-85 at summer 2018 California prices).

I believe when you charge the customer you should put a 10 mile buffer included in the cost! Also the insurance should be 9.99 its more appealing and draws the customer to recommendations. Also the gas is to precise! I felt scammed out of 10 dollars! It was at 3/4 of tank when i got it and the same when i brought it back! Customer service was excellent on both pick up and drop off! I hope my review was helpful!

Jimmy was so helpful! He arranged for us to drop off at his location which was closer to our house. We’ll be doing business with him again!

This location is small and owner has another business there. Selection is small and not much room to maneuver. But nice to have uhaul service near us. Owner is friendly

Took a very long time to get the truck. Seemed to have issues, the place he set for us to return it to was not opened. They ended up charging me additional days, even though they said I would not be.

Was a different location than what I had requested and farther to drive. They needed the equipment for another customer so I did it for them...

You should always select a drop off location closest to the moving location. I gave your rental location my new address and zip code thinking they would do that. Your software needs to be addressed. You had me drop it off 20+ miles away when there were two other locations within 3-5 miles away from our new home. I took it to one of them and they would not accept it because they said it had to go to the location on the contract. After having to chris cross an area that we were not at all familiar with it took us about an hour to get to Rancho Cordova (not any where near) where we actually moved to. Totally unacceptable!

Fantastic dealer! Very accommodating, helpful and professional. Will definitely go back if I need to rent again.

Rental should be full when picked up. When people e are getting ready to move, the last thing they want to do when they pick up a truck is have to go fill it up with gas. The truck only had 1/4 tank. Additionally, at least the windows should be clean for the road. The truck was dirty and you should send your customers out with at least a clean windshield and put them on the road safely.
