Renting this truck was a nightmare! Didn’t get the truck requested have us bigger which cost double the gas.. when we went to pick the truck the location was to open at 10am no one was there until 1015 we were on time schedule due to moving items to another state. Then when we opened the back of the truck there clothes and trash from last person that used it. Then have it to us on empty could barely make it to gas station. Them we dropped off they try to tell me we went over miles which make no sense since it was unlimited miles! I will NEVER rent a truck again from U-Haul!
MEGHAN WWas pleasantly surprised with how easy the whole process was. The representative worked to accommodate me, even when I was running a little late for my reservation. Will definitely rent from here again

Hussein HThis location left me with no gas and i had to put $20 of my own money on top of still having to pay the fees . I was told there’s nothing that can be done when i requested my money reimbursed . Will never go to again .
