The person who managed the U Haul pick up and drop off at the Mail Center was a bit unfriendly and rushed in getting me situated to pick up the van. When I inspected the rental van, it was dirty inside and the gas tank was empty.

BRYAN GProcess was efficient and thorough. However, Customer service could have been better. Very short and minimal communication. Further, had a question upon delivery and were told to go look ourselves due to attendant being “busy” with another client discussing NFL teams.
