The agents at both the pick up site and drop off point were excellent. However, I’m disappointed in uHauls scheduling process. In my last two rentals, even though I booked several days in advance, my pick up point was was changed last minute to inconvenient points that required significant additional driving, as well as reorganizing my schedule.
Jeff BEven though moving is a pain in the b…. It was easy to.use 24/7. Was able to contact someone on the phone for any questions I had. I will use them again.
Teresa GI would recommend with a caveat. I attempted to drop off the equipment, but the location closed early. I called before and once again after I arrived to no avail. Other than the closing early the location was good.
Robert HApp needs an overhaul. It has too many bugs
