I didn't have the option online where I could rent for a few hours and return to the same place I picked up the trailer.

The cab of the truck was filthy. Dog hair everywhere ! Also a film of grease on the dash. We needed to clean out the cab before we could sit in it. The box of the truck was dirty - never had been swept out. Awful.

ANDRIY LHad some unexpected charges at the end that I probably will dispute with my credit card company as soon as they clear. I returned the fuel at the level it was given to me and was still charged for 5 extra gallons. And there was another charge I’m still not sure why I was charged. I probably will use Penske next time I need to use a moving truck or recommend them to anyone needing a truck over uhaul.
