AMY ZThere was a lack of communication between my web site order and the pickup location as well as the nature (duration) of the order including the local pickup and return (service order indicated one-way move). But the unit was available during the time I just had to drive to the other side of town to pick it up. Overall, the people and locations were great in overcoming this hick-up.
