His mistakes made us get double billed on the credit card. The papers show 2 contract numbers for this one rental. He thought we were renting immediately not reserving, he thought he removed charges but didn't. Credit card dispute submitted, contact with Albany u-haul failed to resolve problem.

I was transferred to this location by uhaul for reasons unknown. This took me out 25 miles further than my original rental location, adding the inconvenience of having to travel to this location twice in one day. This added approximately 2 hours more to my move in terms of travel time to and from the location. What made it even worse was the truck I reserved was at my original location chosen at West Sand Lake, NY the same truck was available all day when I had to pass by that location seeing as the move was only 1 mile away from West Sand Lake.
