I was transferred to this location by uhaul for reasons unknown. This took me out 25 miles further than my original rental location, adding the inconvenience of having to travel to this location twice in one day. This added approximately 2 hours more to my move in terms of travel time to and from the location. What made it even worse was the truck I reserved was at my original location chosen at West Sand Lake, NY the same truck was available all day when I had to pass by that location seeing as the move was only 1 mile away from West Sand Lake.

The online process was awful.
Sandra CIt would have been good to see how the different options compared in a table format (1-way versus return, 10-foot truck versus larger). I spent way more money than I needed to and could have saved a couple hundred dollars had I known the different options.
Gretchen CI did not have to wait long. I set up a reservation online and my equipment was ready for rental. It was clean and well maintained. The gentleman handling my order even set me up with the uhaul app.
