Charged me for after hours drop off on top of not taking the lethbridge drop off more money terrible service but as said above would have to use in future but would not want to if there was an alternative.

It was an after hours drop, which I believe worked well (we’ll see…). Place is rough around the edges, but certainly adequate.

Kyle SHelp was very friendly, professional and helpful. Everything was as explained thoroughly.
LERAY WThe only real issue I had was when processing the payment at pickup, my credit card flagged the transaction and locked it. Nothing uhaul could do about that but when i called uhaul to see what we could do, i kept getting trasferred between the same three deparments and nobody seemed to know where to transfer my call to help resolve the issue.
